We are lucky enough to enjoy the meat from our own animals – lamb and beef & you can’t get any shorter food miles than that. We do not feed them antibiotics (unless they need them) and they eat a natural diet – predominantly lovely green meadow grass.

Our animals are not classed as organic, but they are rare-breed, free roaming and minimally managed

All of your meat will be professionally butchered and all cuts are vacuum packed and labelled ready for your fridge or freezer. Emma always asks for ‘domestic’ sized portions – ideal for a family rather than a restaurant (Daniel sometimes disagrees and would prefer ‘his’ sized portions!)
